The We Donut Care website is owned and operated by WE DONUT CARE Pty Ltd (ABN: 58 654 802 801). By accessing, browsing or using this website, you agree to the terms, conditions and disclaimers herein as amended from time to time.

By purchasing an item that is advertised/sold on this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Wedonutcare.com.au may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. These amendments will become effective immediately and your use of this website, after amendment, constitutes an agreement to abide by and be bound by those amended Terms and Conditions.

All material on this site, including, but not limited to images, logos, font, branding, illustrations, ideas and flavours are protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, which are owned and controlled by wedonutcare.com.au and its related parties. The content of wedonutcare.com.au is provided for your personal and non-commercial use only. This material may not be copied, republished, reproduced, uploaded, modified, transmitted, posted, or distributed in any way without the consent of wedonutcare.com.au. The use of this website and these conditions is in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any legal action arising out of its use shall be brought and enforced under Australian laws. By using this site, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia and any legal action pursued by you, shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

Wedonutcare.com.au does not take any responsibility for the content on any messages sent from a sender to a recipient. Messages are not altered or censored and are sent as requested by the sender.
Product design, colours, ingredients and flavours may vary from images supplied on our website by discretion of wedonutcare.com.au. We reserve the right to substitute products and items when products or ingredients may not be available. All substitutions are of similar quality and value.

Storage & Consumption:
It is best that these scrumptious donuts are stored in an ambient setting or at room temperature. They are best consumed within 24-48 hours.


Ingredients & Allergens:
Please note that our donuts are made with full fat and love.
Our donuts contain gluten, egg, milk and soy.
Our donuts are not vegan or gluten free.
The following donuts are made with halal ingredients: lime, powdered sugar, chocolate with white chocolate flakes, caramel, fairy bread, cookies, strawberry sprinkle, biscoff and our donut sandwiches.

The following donuts are not made with halal ingredients: Cinnamon, coco pops, froot loops and crunchy nut.


Cut off order times:

For next day delivery, please ensure that your order is placed by 4PM Sydney time. Any orders placed after 4PM will be scheduled and delivered the following day. We will be closed for deliveries on Good Friday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.


Delivery, delivery schedules and delivery times:

Our drivers will deliver your order on the scheduled day between 7am-7pm. All orders will have a delivery fee of $10 which is charged upon checkout of your order. We are unable to confirm or guarantee delivery times.
It is a request that the recipient is available on the day of delivery. Our drivers will try their best to contact the recipient upon delivery however, if this is unsuccessful, the driver will leave the order unattended, in a safe location. We retain photos of proof of delivery. When ordering you accept that we are not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen or melted products.


It is crucial that clear instructions are left for deliveries.

Occasionally, situations will arise which are out of the control of our drivers which may impact and delay some of our deliveries. We cannot accept responsibility for these unfortunate events, but assure you that every effort is made to ensure your goods arrive on time.


Areas of Delivery:

We deliver across Sydney Metro, down through to Wollongong. For any orders beyond this, please contact us via hello@wedonutcare.com.au.


Payment:

Orders must be paid for in full before they are delivered. Payments of orders are processed through the Shopify platform and is processed via PayPal or paid with Credit Card. For any special orders or payments such as EFT, please contact us via hello@wedonutcare.com.au

Wrong or Incorrect Address:
Should the delivery address supplied by the customer be incorrect or insufficient details provided, wedonutcare.com.au will not accept any responsibility for any loss experienced. It is the obligation of the customer to supply accurate details at the time of order.

When supplied with an incorrect address, the box will be re-directed to wedonutcare.com.au and disposed of as products no longer remain fresh. It is our commitment that all products be delivered at the highest quality and a decision will be made to dispose of re-directed products, once returned, at the discretion of wedonutcare.com.au.

Re-delivery on the same day will not be guaranteed. In the case of a wrong or non-complete delivery address, it is the customer’s responsibility to decide on whether they would like to purchase another box and have it delivered to the correct address on a different day.

In the case of a wrong or non-complete delivery address, the customer will lose the money spent on both the order and delivery.
